There are two different type of human by work nature . ones who work hard to earn for better livelihood and other ones who has enough money to no need to work hard but spend money to get tired .

yes , its true life always teach us good lesson on time to time and if i not wrong although everybody has ultimate goal and that is healthy life with better health.

I myself have no time to go for gymnasium and build my body in more atheletic but my working hour in the company gives enough work load to make me tired and sleep naturally once work is over.

I am living in india , Bangalore and the life in the city is very much like spending 2% of your whole day in commuting from one place to another place . I have chosen cycles which helps me provide enough excercise while i am on work way.

Then after working 10 hrs a day , mind become more drained and look for rest so its obvious i take natural sleeping as well.

So basically i mean to say that always make your life
to be part of work hard whichever field that is .
if you are in sports ptofession then still you need to work hard to win the game and get better body physical maintanance .

Todays world , people read the books like how to get fit in your daily life , how to take more sleep without any pills, how to be stress free . These are basically can be solved in most easy way if we work hard and dedicated in respective field .

nowadays , we are living in the world where every product which reach to us ,claim to be best to cure and resolve our issues but these are all marketting stunt and which we suppose to stop. Simply walking , cycling,biking long ride makes us enough tired to live our life without any hicups .

Recently the trend called work from home in covid time became more impressive and noticiable to workers but that trend not enough to support our physical health .hence hard work either physically or mentally key aspect to leave the positive or negative life impact.

in conclusion , i would like to work more and live my healthy life .
