I was straight traveling from kolkata to Mirzapur by Train to do opening of my new restaurant.
The restaurant is constructed and finished with stone and marble. The theme of the restaurant i choose to be greenry and nature friendly where lot of things in interior designing had been adopted eco-friendly.
The total construction time period was 2 months where many stone parts we imported from Nepal and Bhutan .
The cusine we chose to serve will be completely continental with fusion of indian taste.
I am professionaly from hospitality background wherev i have experienced in various field like Food priduction and Food and Beverage Service. I am still passionately working in my profession and apart from that i planed to work on my dream project and it was opening my own restaurant chain.
Opening Restaurant in the economic slowdown period because of pandemic was not an easy task as there were many task involved to complete the project.
Somebody has said if you want to run good business then obviously these 4 words needs to be consider.
- place 2. product 3. price 4. promotion
i consistently worked on all those 4 words to fulfil my dream project amd today is the day where my hard work will let me earn value of my profession .
I have planned to make it more well developed chain restaurant in india and hopefully my dedication and passion will feed me to right direction.
