I knocked the boss door in the office and entered but before that i had been through many thoughts and mostly was negative because the project i was given was not complete due to some personal issues .
The boss was already pissed because the company couldn't perform well in this quarter and company was in huge loss .
The current job crisis around the world and companies can not get profit both is the such level of stress which only licensed to bear by employees and i was presently suffering .
Once i entered in the boss office , i was little nervous as my project deadline was over today and i still could not end this .The reaction of my boss was not favouring me for sure and this stress was slowly increasing my stress level and blood pressure as well.
Finally i fed my boss reaction and My negative thoughts started converting in reality ,my boss started punishing me with demotion and also deduct my 15 days pay and the game seemed to be ended here ...
The stress which is most common topic to discuss but that is the most ignored by the people around the world . People has major health problems and mostly come to exist because of lot of stress which risk your mental health and physical as well .
The above boss story i wrote here was not a true scenario but it happens everywhere in this planet where we called Toxic work culture where employees are not happy because of boss behaviour and reaction .
Scarcity of job in current time also act as threat for them and the reaction of boss on not complete the task on time both make the simple brain more complex with lot of negativity and toxicity .
Health is not something called wealthy and luxury life as many people thinks that if someone have billions dollars then he/she is one of the most happy and blessed person in the world but this myth is not compatible with current life style and working trend where we everyday try to maintain our personnel and professional life with lot of mental stress .
Recently my one of colleague joined other IT companies where the salary was little increased then previous company but the work culture was not satisfying there and even had to work 12 to 15 hours from home .
Working from home was another new raised health decreasing issues raised recently in the corona pandemic where people could not manage properly their personnel life and mixed the work load pressure with living lifestyle . Every person has their own lifestyle but most common among them is they all like to ease and chill their living at least at home but work from home culture is completely spoiled all the present living standards .
My concern is why people don't relate their problem with mental health ,working long hours at home seriously not making your health balanced and it slowly react inside with your body parts and start acting negatively .
There are some source of news who recently surveyed and found the stress level has increased more than 50% which directly impacted the person mental health.
Mental health is such a topic which i think to write because it has lot of route of getting caused and mostly it happens because of unfriendly work culture and domestic violence.
I have seen many who just loose their life by suiciding themselves because they inside totally sacked and suffered with some concern somewhere which can not make them overcome the problem and these stress quickly converted in mental illness .
Consultation and counselling sometimes unreachable for them because they feel hesitation and in consequence it turns to more worst to be handle.
After getting mentally imbalanced ,people try to go to psychologist or mental specialist but one thing need to notice here that how they forget the actual route of stress flow which impact their mental health .
There are so many valid cause to get stress and mentally unwell but hardly people know some basic route to get rid off all the problems and live such an awesome peaceful life . For example ; A man with OCD (Obsessive - Compulsive Disorder) don't know how he got that disorder and whole life live with this mental problem .Many readers don't know what OCD mean so here simply i explain in few lines that It is a mental condition where people do their certain daily task repetitively until he /she totally satisfied but this process is very tiring mentally and sometimes hurting ourselves .i am not going so deep about OCD here but simply i explained how a mental disorder impose more stress and stress put more mental illness to us .
Now Let's discuss about few quick solution which i found through many articles and books .
Physical health have real solution through medicine like if some one coughing then we advice cough syrup but if some one having OCD which is mental disorder ,takes little longer time to get recover .
I firstly advice those mentally sick to plan its daily diet chart where simply should be aded more organic and fresh food. No spicy ,No sour and No sweet . Fast food should be completely stoped .
Secondly, I will advice to go for yoga and meditation.why i write yoga as my secondary advice because mental disorder and sickness which has risen through daily stress and bad habits ,can easily go away by following and practice . I have seen many people who had stress , high blood pressure , depression or even OCD all can be treated so well without any drugs medicine .yoga and meditation is simply a divine healer for mental concern .
Positive thoughts and self confidence are very importance keys to make your life more blissful and healthier . if i do yoga and meditation also eat organic diets but our mind is filled with negative thoughts then all the effort will be not powerful and supportive .
In my final words, Stress impact your mental condition and if it is not to be taken care of then nothing will make you healthy in short period of time .stress is like sweet poison which slowly damage the whole nervous system.
