Indian Trains are one of the easy and convenient transportation medium and Majority of Civilians travel everyday .
I was one of those ,planed my travel from howrah to Mirzapur 3 days ago and today i am traveling with my family members. Actually we avoid traveling during this covid period but due to urgency , had to plan my travel .
Indian Railway is one of busiest to book your ticket .you need to get your ticket few days early otherwise you get hardly confirm ticket on your travel date.
My experience was just went little annoying because i could not manage to get confirm ticket early which put me little stress as we were 7 family members total and without confirm ticket it was not easy traveling So i decided to cancel this unconfirmed tickets and rebook again with Different quota.
Thanks to indian government who understand the needs of passengers and provide various quota to book ticket .
My early unconfirmed ticket was from General Quota and now i rebooked from Tatkal quota which usually let us book ticket one day before your actual jouney date
Finally i booked Tatkal quota ticket throgh IRCTC official App but i was not fortunate enough because i only could book 4 person in Tatkal quota from my user ID.
I understand,you could think that i can register and book the rest of the person ticket .Yes i tried the same but service was disabled for new user registration.
I was quite worry because i still had to book ticket for 3 more family members and i got idea to get help from my friend who already had user account and can get for me another 3 tickets.
Finally i got my friend ready for ticket booking but i was so unlucky ,all the Tatkal quota Ac 2 tier was booked in just next 30 minutes time Gap .
The situation become more stressful and in rush to not loose chance to book ticket,requested my friend to book ticket in lower class .
And finally ,my friend booked tickets in 3tier Ac which was diffetent coach in the train .
During the journey ,we traveled in the train in different coaches.
All the puctures , i clicked inside the train at 3am .you can see most of them were sleeping .
Overall, the journey was peaceful but only i felt little upset because of Train ticket booking issues .
I hope next journey i will learn from this matter and never repeat this mistake.
The train we boarded was Howrah Indore superfast express which was good and easy for traveling.
